Hi, and thanks for looking in on my profile. I hope you find things to like here. Main profile picture summer 2023.
I've been a professional musician, conducted choirs, written music and still do a lot of arranging of music.
Over the years I've lived and worked in many places. Sicily, Shetland, Norway and Sweden as well as the UK. I lived in Norway between 1985 and 2018, so have extensive experience of Scandinavia. Anyway, at the moment, I'm in a the house I've bought near Glasgow, trying to make it into a home. Interior design is not one of my great strengths ...

I'm grounded, aware of the past but with an eye to the future although I live very much in the present. Open to new ideas, new experiences, I try to be open minded about life and others. Every day I walk a lot, several times over 10 km, and yoga is now a weekly event. So I'm pretty active. (BMI 23, 30vo2Max). I'm a warm, tactile and caring person. INFJ-A.
One of the advantages of not being in full-time work any more is that I'm now very flexible about what I do and where I do it. Glasgow is where I'm presently based, but my children are in London (Islington) and Oslo and I'm lucky to have friends and interests all over Europe and Scandinavia. It would be great to meet someone who has a similar outlook on life. I'll move if I decide to.

Caring, thoughtful, bright, reliable, imaginative, genuine, warm, attractive and outgoing. A sense of decency and fair-play is important, as is kindliness and reliability. Mutual attraction is important for me, as I'm sure it is for you.
