I am known as someone with a bit of a wicked sense of humour who is also a good friend to have.
I like to keep fit and healthy, but also know the medical importance of wine, good food and having a laugh. The medical profession don't tell us that, but its our secret.
I work as a lecturer for a major university. I have been working part time as I was a carer for my wife for a number of years before her death. That was the toughest thing that life has, and has made me be grateful for the years that lie ahead.
So I am looking to rebuild and see if the world is still as confused as it was before I went into hiding- is it still mad and scary, or has it been sorted out by the many experts who were telling us how to do everything? I know there are some sad souls who have lost the plot- one recently told me Donald Trump was President of the USA. I dodged their company thankfully...

Someone who is human. I know this sounds a big ask, but it is a prerequisite lol someone who can see the positives in seemingly hopeless situations. someone who is genuine, likes to solve the world’s problems over a glass of their favourite tipple and still has adventure to try what they did a few years ago!
