About her
I am adventurous, loyal, sensual and tactile. Love holding hands, hugging and kissing. Sapiosexual. Russian by birth. I am a pacifist. Have been living in the UK for many years. My favourite radio 4 programmes are ‘The Life Scientific’ and ‘In Our Time’. I enjoy visiting London for the Royal Opera House, art exhibitions, museums and good restaurants.
I believe in old-fashioned manners and treating people the way I would like to be treated myself. I think everyone deserves respect. Prefer speaking on the phone to messages. Meeting sooner rather than later.
I do have vices such as a weakness for being pampered. I admit to a love of reading, from philosophy to detectives. Currently reading Oscar Wilde and a book about how our brains work.
I am very lucky to be able to take a lot of time off. I enjoy travelling very much. Foreign languages and travel are perhaps my biggest passions in life. Dislikes include celebrity culture, obsession with wealth, addiction to smartphones, arrogance, and political correctness. I care about the state of our fragile world. I care about those less fortunate than me, the environment and the animals.
Life is not about ticking trendy boxes for me, whichever boxes they might be, arty, literary or any other ones.

I do not have a prescriptive iimage of an ideal partner. The concept of such a partner is somewhat elusive. I would like to meet a real gentleman who will love and cherish me and whose face will light up when I enter the room. I would like this feeling to be mutual.
