About her
I am both pretty and serious, in case that's a helpful starting point.
I have found this past 14 months interesting (as well as difficult). Of course (!) I want to get back to friends, family, people, company, bustle, spontaneity, live performances -- all of it. Restaurants... eating, drinking, conversation and conviviality around kitchen tables.
But I have embraced some aspects of living a quieter, more considered life. It has helped to be a (classical) musician and a reader: solitary activities. And the early-morning walks in near-abandoned streets were lovely -- although I need a dog! Relying on local farm deliveries has meant cooking seasonally, with less waste, and supporting local farms. Not shopping for superfluous stuff has been liberating.
To have shared this time and these discoveries with someone special, though: that's why I'm here.
The most recent photographs I have are actually screenshots from zoom socialising, as no-one has pointed a camera at me (as far as I know) in the past 14 months. So I have tried to upload some of these, but I'm not sure whether it has worked because The Website keeps asking me to resize them. The one in which I have a ridiculous, indulgent expression is because I was chatting to my teenage niece, who was wearing a green face-mask.
