I think I'm a warm and kind person and according to others have a cracking sense of humour though I won't dispute that! Humour's an intrinsic part of me; though I'm a serious gal at heart, I do like to find the funny side in things. I work hard as a teacher but like to unwind with movies, theatre, tv, ballet, exhibitions, eating out, reading and watching sport (with the emphasis on watching!) I value kindness and compassion and would never treat someone how I wouldn't want to be treated myself. I'm honest and genuine. And want the same back!

Ideally I am looking for a long term relationship, possibly marriage with the right person. I appreciate someone who is honest as it's the key to making things work.
I value a man with a strong work ethic but who equally appreciates the importance of relaxation and sharing quality time together. A partner would have to be kind and considerate with a sense of humour. I imagine a relationship where there'd be friendship, laughter and fun, the desire to be heading in the same direction as well as maintaining individuality and independence. It's important to appreciate the other person in your life and never take them for granted.
