I’m thoughtful, considerate and loyal – naturally outgoing and instinctively kind. I enjoy keeping reasonably fit with a gentle 500m swim each day, and I pop to the gym to clear my head; it’s all very civilised, with no grunting! I volunteer for a national charity twice a week, among other bits and bobs. For a bit of relaxation, I love the cinema, National Trust visits, dining out and travelling – so far this year I’ve been to Ukraine, France and Denmark, and wandered through Poland and Germany. It would be lovely to find someone to share adventures with, or just to ‘be’ together.
